The name was Harvey Weingard Entourage 2011
’m at a party. Harvey Weinstein just came over and told me to tell my producers they’re dead. ‘Tell them if they ever mention my name again, they’re dead.’” Those lines made their way into an episode during a later season. Ellin said Weinstein called after the episode and said he enjoyed it."

What I've been thinking about this entire time. Loved the Entourage version of Harvey.

But Matt Damon and Meryl Streep had "no idea" about
all these allegations.
Yea,the show didn't portray the sexual harassment side
of him (probably would've got sued or mudered)but they
did show what a sleazy businessman he was.

Wasn't Les Grossman also a caricature of him?

Yep. No one knew. Kinda makes this 2013 Oscars joke kinda strange though.

I had thought Sumner Redstone. The guy who fired Cruise.
