Since September 2, 1945, when the Second World War ended, based on your knowledge of American foreign policy by presidential administration, who was the best foreign policy president since?

IMO:

Best: Bush 41, Clinton, Reagan

Worst: Johnson, Bush 43

Upper end:

Reagan, Ike, Kennedy, Trump

Lower end:

Carter, Obama, Johnson, Biden’s handlers

You have to put Carter (Iran)as the worst and Reagan (started end of Cold War) as the best

GOOD LORD!
Clinton?

Frankly, given the world Clinton was handed, he may well have been the worst foreign policy POTUS in US history. Certainly since Wilson.

Yes, he left Bush with 9/11, but there were few wars under his watch.

Clinton? The guy who didn't think bin Laden was dangerous and passed up the chance to take him out. The guy who was responsible for the Somalia debacle/

The best

1.Eisenhower
2.Reagan
3. Bush 41

The worst

1. Biden
2. Bush 43
3. Obama

Obama has already told us he was fourth best ever since 1776. So moot discussion, lets move along, the messiah has spoken.

Best - DJT - Foreign Policy was his best attribute. No new wars. Policies advanced were in our national interest.

Worst-George W Bush. The Iraq War was the single most costly, unnecessary, divisive, dishonest war in American History. It cemented the Deep State’s authority over our government- and betrayed the trust of millions of Americans.

Best: Reagan, Eisenhower

Worst: Obama - I can't believe some people on this site have him in their best. Do that remember all his disasters?
Russian Reset - Stop antagonizing them like Bush was what they said - Russia turns around and invades Crimea.
Asian Pivot - pivot to China and treat them better than Bush did - China immediately builds islands in disputed waters and militarizes them.
Syrian Red Line - Where Obama drew a red line and told syria not to cross it and Syria danced all over it gassing civilians and Obama did nothing
Arab Spring
Benghazi
Paris Accords
Iran Nuclear Agreement
It goes on and on.
