Orthodox aren't. It's the apologetic Jews that make us look bad. I couldn't send my kids to (Jew school) in Texas because they were going to get a load of, "the holocaust wouldn't have happened if we weren't brash enough to be accountants and lawyers!" kind of shite. (Most Jews in Europe weren't allowed to own property, which pushed my peeps into service industries where your inventory couldn't get stolen, etc.)

There is a hardcore tranche of Jews in the US that are apologetic and sorry for their own existence. If they didn't just read Torah or speak Hebrew, then they wouldn't have been subject to pogroms, etc.

Israelis (which includes Arabs and Jews, for the morons in the crowd) thought American Jews got Trump elected in 2016. I laughed half of the way from TLV to the hotel when he said that.

Not narrowing it down to my peeps, but Pennsylvania elected John Fetterman, when he was somehow more inept than another prominent politician. But he was on their side, so they voted for him. Louisiana keeps voting for the same thing, over and over again. Now they have St. George. Name the last effective mayor of MSY? Governor? I'm dead at my keyboard of freedom already.
