Claimed infidelity involving Pineville Mayor and Former Secretary

Anyone know Brittany Poston? It sounds like she was the aggressor in all of this. Too bad I can't post excerpts of the lawyer's letter.

PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - A City Attorney for the City of Pineville responded to allegations against Mayor Rich Dupree and a former staff member in a letter to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New Orleans on August 16.
Law firm Vilar and Green wrote a letter to the commission in response to a hostile work environment complaint filed by Brittany Poston.
Poston was hired by the City of Pineville in February 2023 and resigned in March 2024.
The letter confirms that Poston had affairs with both Mayor Dupree and a former city employee, Doug Gann.
On page two of the letter, the City Attorney said both Mayor Dupree and Gann admitted to the affairs, but denied allegations by Poston of a hostile work environment.
The City Attorney also said that Gann denied Poston’s claim that he assaulted her twice on city property.
Also confirmed in the letter is that Mayor Dupree allowed Poston to live in a condo he owned after their relationship had ended.
Mayor Dupree shared this statement with KALB regarding the situation:
“Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to respond in more detail, but since this is pending litigation, our lawyers have asked that all requests for information or comment be referred to City Attorney, Mark Vilar. I’m remaining focused on taking care of my family and serving this City, where we have so many good things going on. Thank you again for reaching out!”

Claimed? They both admitted they hit that. Wonder if the two holy rollers had a devils 3 way. One of the holy roller city councilmen is probably jealous if he didn't get in on that action too.

Known primarily for its Healthcare facilities - Huey P. Long, Central State Hospital, Pinecrest and the VA medical center (the original home of the institution that became LSU, by the way), Pineville is a sleepy little town nestled in the piney woods along the Red River, just north of Alexandria, Louisiana.
One of the city's other major institutions is the college formerly known as Louisiana College, now Louisiana Christian University. One does not normally expect such Bohemian behavior from one of the notches in the Bible Belt.
