The guy said it when CNN was probably showing an 8 hour loop of the WI protests against arresting the judge.

SFP's world is about taking a side, whether he agrees w/ it or not, and making the best defense (or attack) he can. I'm not sure he believes everything he posts here, maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. But the pushback is healthy IMO. This is a novel case. I am very pleased with the charge. IMO she's a rogue judge in a number of ways. I'd actually be interested in hearing legal-types create a defense though.

Once you realize SFP just wants to take a contrary position and then argue for it he is easy to tolerate. It’s not personal, he just enjoys the argument.

"Climate change" is one of the best examples of that. Medical topics are fairly straight forward for me in dealing w/ AI. I'd have little doubt SFP would hang in there on legal topics with today's free AI models.
