Track real time net worth of members of Congress and see what trades they are making.

A lot of those seem way to low

This is not net worth bc most are incredibly low, especially when you get to the bottom half.
Perhaps like the description says, it’s tracking publicly available information and stock positions, but the bottom third on this list are far too low.

I’m sure the algorithm will get improved over time.

Can someone please do this with the data available on the Louisiana ethics website for campaign donations?
Also Sarah Jacob’s might do for that much cash.

Almost all off them are southern backwoods lawyer types.

The way it works:
1. Congressmen get elected and start rewarding political backers with lucrative government contracts.
2. The political backers funnel money to the congressman’s friends and relatives.
3. The political backers allow the congressman to sponge off of them - using corporate jets, flying to private islands, yachts, etc, so that the congressman lives a life of the rich and famous.
4. When the congressman retires wealth is lavished upon him by his grateful political backers.

They don't list all members of Congress. The list stops at $0.00 and 485 instead of going to 535 (537?).

MTG trading away on Christmas Eve.
LINK
you would almost have to be an idiot to not trade. not saying it is right but they all do it but probably Massie. Is there a trading guru in DC or do they just copy Pelosi and Goldman?

I would like to see the number of years each member of congress has served right next to their stock portfolios.....I wonder if well see a pattern? Hmmmm.....

I thought Vance was super wealthy? He only has $10 million in his portfolio. Maybe he's divested into hard assets.

The worst is Oklahoma's Sen Markwayne Mullin at #18 with over 66 million. That fricker ran daddy's plumbing business and was maybe worth a million when he got elected to the House in 2012.
13 years later he's worth a fortune.

Since 2014 Nancy Pelosi has racked up a nearly 800% return.
This woman missed her calling as a stock analyst/Wall Street super trader......
The stench from D.C. Is growing by the day.
I noticed she dumped $250k of her Tesla stock on 7/2/2024....chump change for the Super Trader.
