If this was your Congressman (like Van Hollen), how would you feel about it? Why would you feel it's your place to do so? He's not a citizen of your state, nor an American.

I am very curious about the authority to use taxpayer dollars to travel wherever they want and what gives them that specific authority because if she did that I don't understand how she's not the one responsible to pay for it
