Talking about dogs, did you all hear that Como left his dog with the staff when he left office???
Who the hell does that? That poor dog was just a prop, and made me think of Clinton's cat and Obama's dog BO that the Ted Kennedy forced on him.

Mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa offered to take the dog ( he and his wife take in rescues ) and he's running to establish only no kill shelters in NYC.
Not only did his offer get rejected, Cuomo's office then went on social media to emphasis that Sliwa would NEVER get him.
Fine, but don't abandon the dog. Some folks are just fracking evil.

Not everyone understands but this gave me the sads.
Understand Jasper was not Weimaraner, but seeing the breed mentioned brings me back to 2015. We had a 6 year old that developed renal failure. I suspect it was a breeding issue, but that day broke my heart. She was with us in upstate NY and moved to St Thomas with us. She was a sweet girl and watching her run with strength, grace, and speed was a sight to behold. RIP Chloe and Jasper.

I’m not a fan of Perino but anyone who loses a beloved pet unexpectedly has my sympathies.
The dog even looks sweet and lovable.
