Did anyone listen to Biden's hairy legs story?

I heard about it, but i just watched it and sounds much worse live, especially hen he says at the end" I love having kids jump on my lap.

Small state, good local political skills and an ignorant voting base. This happens all the time. It can be said Biden is strongest with his people skills. He could have been good in party favor sales.
