Are you in dire straits because the S&P is only up 4.3% over the last 12 months?
Well, isn't that some completely disingenuous bullshite.
Over that 12 month period, it was up 21% while Biden was in office. It's down 13% since inauguration day.

Unless you're retiring in the next year or make a living on stock trading, the day to day and even month to month whims of the stock market don't really affect you. It will eventually come back up in record numbers when the trade disputes end.

Hey dumbass, tell us what brilliant policies of the biden administration drove that.
fricking moron
Look this up:
Post hoc ergo propter hoc
I especially want to know what strategies that brilliant tactician Joe Biden pushed.
I will tell you: Kick the can down the fricking road.
All Trump has done is grab the can and brought it back so we can deal with it.

President Bill Clinton had the best stock market performance. The S&P 500 grew 210% during Clinton's two-term presidency. The second best performer was Obama, where during his presidency the S&P 500 grew 189%

Yes.
The problem here is greedy Americans worried about their investments or retirement portfolio because Trump’s rollout of these tariffs has generated great market uncertainty and volatility.
Thank you for your commentary Senator Warren.

99% of 77,302,580 is 76,529,554. Seems a high number to be all poor people with no money invested.

People are stupid if they invest anything that they will need within the next 5 years.

Time to start moving cash off the sidelines

All I know is this boards comments would be 100% different had this occurred when Biden was President.

My 401k is down a little over 120K from Jan/Feb highs, but it is still way over what I actually put into it. Not taking anything out now, so when my company buys at the first of May I'll be getting a bargain.

*checks notes*
Dems still for gun control and allowing men to cosplay and expose themselves in women's spaces.
Can not vote for democrats until they fix these 2 issues at a bare minimum.
I would rather lose 100% of my money than vote for someone that supported those issues.

Exactly!! Voted Trump for many more important issues than the stock market. No way in hell would I vote for a Dim. I would sacrifice much more than $$ to stop the rapid deterioration of our country for my grandchildren’s future.

Yes, thanks I didn’t realize that I was poor. I’m a fan of Trump actions in trying to turn the ship during a heavy democrat current. Your point was about as bass ackwards as any post I’ve seen on this site.

Trump and hardcore MAGA has brought the attention and tied him to the market performance. They want all the credit when its up but want to deflect or claim it’s 74D chess when its down.
