“Due process” for deportations is as ridiculous as squatters rights.

These ridiculous laws that allow people to break into your home while you’re gone and claim squatters rights and you have to go to court to have them removed.

These people came into the country illegally without proper documentation and paperwork and should leave the same way.

frick whatever laws you think allows them to remain here for years while waiting on the court hearing.

People who broke "due process" coming into the country illegally, now wants due process to leave the country.

Backwards-arse logic

Like everything else, liberals and their "morals of the moment" bullshite. Heard this morning about a woman that was brought here by her momma at 2yo that was married and had 4 kids that Biden regime was going to deport....never showed up on msnbc or cnn...I literally hate these people

What is the official US government process for asylum seekers? What steps are they told to take by the US government to come here and seek asylum?

I mean, 'due process' should consist of "where's your documentation? Oh, you don't have any? Please get on the bus", so I guess I support due process for illegals.

Illegals are not due ANY process apart from the process of deportation

First country of safety, so Mexico if they’re from Central America.

And the claims of asylum are bullshite for 99% of them.

When was that agreement established with Mexico? Or where is that enshrined in us law? The only safe third agreement I'm aware of is with Canada.

This is established in much of the free world.

And the majority of their claims are false. There’s documented proof of NGOs coaching illegals to claim asylum at the border to get into the country.

Sure. Are we doing it and if so where did we reach the agreements necessary for it? Is trump working towards it? What's the process today?

Due process is just in case they mistakenly seize some person who is actually a citizen or became one.

Or some other defenses to being deported. Say a North Korean somehow made it to America by jumping off a ship or a stowaway then he wouldn’t be deported because he would be killed going back. That kind of thing. That’s the defense of that MS-13 guy. Load of bullshite but still.

Due process only requires a hearing with an immigration charge and you asked one question are you here legally or illegally

If you say you are here legally you must prove it at that hearing or you are deported immediately thereafter

Affirmative asylum process , weird no one responds to the question when it's a quick goggle away. You can only file for asylum if you're already here folks.....

To apply for asylum in the U.S., you must be physically present in the U.S.

Democrats are more concerned about due process for illegal gangbangers than they were for January 6ers, that’s for damn sure.

That's referred to as the defensive asylum process and there absolutely is a process for this...

quote:

The immigration judge then decides whether you are eligible for asylum. If the immigration judge finds you eligible, they will grant asylum. If the immigration judge finds you ineligible for asylum, they will determine whether you are eligible for any other forms of relief from removal. If the immigration judge finds you ineligible for other forms of relief, they will order you to be removed from the United States. Either party can appeal the immigration judge’s decision.

There is no due process for illegal aliens.
