I like eating there but its always so crowded
this is the biggest problem. I’ve only been a few times and always at like 3pm on a weekday or in the middle of the summer

Shut your whore mouth. I have issues with Parkway, but not with its roast beef po boy. It is innocent.

In my top 3.

Parkway roast beef soaked with debris is up there.

New addition is the Vaucresson smoked hot pork sausage. Had one this weekend, really good

If by innocent you mean stringy and bland, I agree. Parkway's seafood po'boys are elite, however.

You must not have had a good rb poboy before. Rocky & Carlo's on St. Bernard Hwy in Chalmette is forever my fav.

No self respecting Louisianian would ever use anything but Blue Plate on a poboy.

Sayonara to any business I give to Duke's. The Turkey and the Wolf guys are openly and radically leftist. I want no part of this and I sense that a lot of their SEC-area customers are not in tune with this either. This was a not a good day for "read the room".

I have some bad news for you bud. They’ve been sponsoring mason and his restaurants for like 10 years. You’re an idiot.

Parkway hype. Their roast beef poboy is offensive in its mediocrity Truth!
I cringe when I see people recommend that there.

Bears po boys Causeway and Metairie Road has a very strong Roast Beef poboy.

Lived off of Rocky & Carlo's in high school. Hard place to top. Mac & Cheese with either beef gravy or red gravy.....wait.....had to calm myself down.

I've known Rocco and the rest of them for years. Went to grammar school and high school. Rocco is good friends with my brother.
