So b/c congress funds it it stays open?

This ruling seems one of the worst. Most of the US citizens don't realize they pay for it.

Congress funded it in an appropriations bill, which is law.

The US citizens you mentioned voted for the people in congress, who wrote the bill. It's not that hard

Its within the executive branch, he has the legal right to shut it down. Dont you understand he planned these moves with several several people giving legal advice on how to do it?

You know why I know this? Democratic congress has not legally opposed it so they are using a liberal judge to try and stop it.

Nobody believes this. You're just uncomfortable with the executive pushing the envelope when it's Trump. There's nothing wrong with Trump playing bull in the china closet and doing so hardly makes him f'n king.

You're a dumbass. The dems told him from day one that they would fight him tooth and nail.
They have no intention of working with him unless forced.

Law and order, certainly... not activist judges trying to block and impede at every turn... These judges have stepped and continue to step WAY outside of their bounds...

Once again Trump is hoisting himself with his own petard. All he had to do was to work the system, with both houses of congress, make moves that were within the executive, not try and be king. He can't do it. He think turn and burn. These injunctions sap his power as they hope he defies them. He will not win a war on the courts with Roberts and Gorsuch there.

What silly fricking bullshite.

Checked?

Perhaps you mean subjugated.

So...Exact same weaponized obstructionist Game Plan and script as the first go-around of Trump, circa 2017-2020?

Good thing instead of Sessions we have Pam Bondi, a real dynamo and Attorney General this time around to discourage and quash this kind of partisan political activism, obstruction, and corruption!

Oh wait.

All of this is part of the congressional funding - I don't know how they are funded and if congress gave an amount to the executive or whether the entire operation can be shut down

I assume somewhere in the ruling it is explained

Solution will be like other agencies.

Fire 99%, slash budget to almost nothing, record a reading of the US Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Federalist Papers in various languages and put on repeat.

Done.

Nobody is clamoring for a monarchy.

We’re just on to the left’s strategy. And you don’t like it.
