Anyone who uses a cell phone to navigate while driving knows how accurate the GPS trackers are these days. Damn-near dead on.

I believe the premise was the VoteDepositBoxes were typically located in trafficked areas where "Mules" might coincidently pass in unrelated day-to-day activities.

As opposed to 4am in a quiet area/dead end street.

That’s exactly what it is and most level-headed adults understand that but here we are.

The #MuhUberEatsDriver excuse of their was the flimsiest of all. The criteria for what it took to make the cut on the mule data set was extremely high. It wasn't just times passing by the dropboxes.

It was trips to dropboxes AFTER stopping by identified NGO/Get out the Vote offices, AND return trips to NGOs for payment.

There's no GrubHub drivers or single mom nurses taking the bus, etc that meet those criteria, much less to the point of being able to be included in the data.

you two obviously didnt watch the doc. Because when they were going through the data, their conditions they set were like the cell phone had to hit 3+ drop boxes AND the democratic election offices in that city... It was an extremely conservative assumption.

What’s the range of modern cell phone towers? That’s probably your level of accuracy.

It's not limited to the mobile phone towers. There's also NFC data and other geofencing info that is accurate to about a foot and a half.

Or are we going to stick our heads in the sand about the diagrams of the Capitol public areas where the Jan 6 political prisoners' specific pathways within the building as evidence used in their prosecutions using the same and less-stringent technology?

Remember, the first commandment of poliboard election conspiracy.
It could have happened that way, therefore IT DID HAPPEN THAT WAY. cause WE say so.

The arrest affidavit indicates that Idaho authorities used cell tower data just to show that Kohberger was in range of and connected to certain cell towers which would tend to show he was located within range of the cell tower. The cell tower data did not allow for the authorities to pinpoint his exact location in each service area. And they had to ID his phone number first and get a warrant just to get this information. As for NFC data or "geofencing" that doesn't appear to have been used in this instance.

I'm willing to let this play out as long as it takes for vindication on the matter. What's the rush in your case?
