Anyone know what's going on with this? I live in Addis, and there seems to be more and more foreclosures occurring.

Does this negatively impact the value of other houses on same street?

Absolutely!!

Owners will be kicked out, house will remain unoccupied until some 100 or so squatter trash enters, and then no one will have the balls to get them out.

Dude, I deal with this daily. Crews and service companies like mine maintain the houses. We kick squatters out all of the time and do repairs and maintenance on the properties specifically to keep them from becoming a blight on the neighborhood and bringing values down.

Doing God's work. Thankfully LA doesn't have any of those stupid "Squatter's Rights" laws that make the news in other states.

We also don't need those "Home Title Lock" services you see advertised.
