I think Kemp consistently maintains (redundant?) higher than average approval ratings. I'm no polticial expert.

MAGA doesn't like him, of course. But he's one of the most popular governors in the USA.

A good portion of GA's population thought Keisha was a good idea, so ???

Based on the original post in this thread, it looks like a good portion of Georgia’s population might still think so.

What does that have to do with Brian Kemp’s approval or popularity in Georgia?

I don't think she has much of a chance.

I know some decent black men who loathe her. Will they vote for Jackson? I doubt it. Will they stay home? Perhaps.

I don’t think junkyard was saying Kemp is one of the most popular governors amongst all Americans, I think he’s saying amongst his own state’s Republicans and perhaps moderate Dems.

Fat Stacey was embarrassing on all fronts. The worst candidate. Dumb, obese, carpetbagger with nothing to offer.

Which is why Keisha Lance-Bottoms can never be allowed to lead Georgians again … in any capacity.

Her failed leadership was fully on display as she defunded police during the Floyd and covid rioting. It isn’t safe to ride the metro transit system anymore.

OP is 100% correct on this

He should have done more in the aftermath of the election in 2020 but it wouldn't have changed the results of the presidential election or the Senate elections.

Wrong.

Kemp should’ve done more BEFORE the 2020 election to preserve Georgia’s election integrity. Kemp and Raffensberger were fully aware of the loophole in mail-in balloting for 10 months prior to the election.

They knew because they signed off on the settlement with the Elias/ Abrams group.

And they said nothing …

How so? Kemp could have had the GBI round up and execute every crook in the Fulton County election, waved a magic wand and sent all of the electoral votes to Trump, Biden still becomes president because of PA, WI, MI, NV, AZ.

No worries. You can laugh at the comment if want. But I usually do my homework before I post comments or opinions. There’s plenty of evidence out there that shows Governor Kemp consistently maintains one of the higher approval ratings (~60%) of governors throughout the US post-COVID.

I could go back, find the links to sources that show approval rantings and post them here to prove my point. But I really don’t care enough to convince anyone.

And remember, depending on the source, the definition of “popular”, which is the word I used, usually includes wording similar to “commonly liked or approved” or “liked, enjoyed, or supported by many people”.

It never includes “what or who HagaDaga who posts on Tiggerdroppings.com likes.”

Have a great rest of your day, if you so wish.
