How can we let activist judges take away an elected President's Executive Power ?

Putting politics over our nations security and threatening the democratic process.
Link to cases tracker: LINK /
Last Update April 19, 2025.
Total number of cases tracked: 201 (including 4 closed cases)
This is the real constitutional crisis.
Example:
Overview: Plaintiffs are two Venezuelan nationals (proceeding under pseudonym) in immigration custody in New York. They have filed a habeas petition asking the court to stop the government from removing them from the United States the Alien Enemies Act Presidential Proclamation, and to declare the Proclamation unlawful. The case has been brought on behalf of themselves and a class of all other persons similarly situated, to include all noncitizens from Venezuela in immigration custody in the Southern District of New York, who were, are, or will be subject to the Proclamation.
The court has temporarily blocked the Defendants from removing the Plaintiffs and others similarly situated in the Southern District of New York through Apr. 23, 2025.

I have it on good authority that this isn't lawfare and just how the system was designed to work...

I don’t know the specifics of many of these cases, but if Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act is determined to be constitutional, they’ll be deported. It’s going to take time for that to be sorted out.

Only very stupid people would think this.

You think this SCOTUS conservative majority is engaging in lawfare against the President? What are you smoking?

AND one of the village idiots shows up...
So, you are saying 200+ cases in a matter of months is not lawfare against a sitting President?

So name calling is really all you’ve got. When Trump flaunts the law, he
should be held accountable. But he always claims to be the victim. And his acolytes play along.

200+ cases sounds like a lot. If that accurate, what are these about?
We’ve also reached the point where it appears the kid with disciplinary issues is pointing out the fact that he has more disciplinary citations than anyone else.

Like I said, 200+ cases in a few months and you don't think it is lawfare? Speaks to your TDS...

Nobody was complaining when judges were doing the same thing against Obama

The State of Texas alone filed over 100 lawsuits against Biden

Come on man… you know judges just started doing this in the last 100 days…

Combine all of the suits filed against Bush, Obama, and Biden and compare the number to the number of suits filed against Trump and then come back to us.

This isn't all lawsuits, but its multi-state lawsuits by president.

Seriously, how do you people not realize that Trump is playing the long game. He and everyone in his administration knew that the left would fight him tooth and nail until each issue is resolved by SCOTUS. Even then the democrats will fight him. The only thing that we as American citizens can do is nominate candidates who can win elections and then vote republican. No more stupid arse candidates like Kari Lake who couldn’t win an election even if she was running uncontested. The GOP needs a larger majority in both chambers of Congress.

By the end of the term Trump will beat all of them combined. Your pivot will be that Trump keeps breaking the law, which you know is a bullshite excuse. The dems have advertised they are taking legal action over anything they can possibly think of.

Who knew until Trump's first term - The greatest of the swamp creatures wouldn't be creepy, congress-critter, or even the bloated-bureaucrats - it would be the activist judges, who are probably as crooked as they can get, designed to waste physical resources and time as they try to assist their secret cult.
Their pictures should hang for public ridicule, causing them to step down for their activism, or force them hold court every day, to an empty courtroom.

Stopping Trump from improving the country.

Only if you're too stupid to see the obvious.
