Huge explosions at Iranian port

People are reporting eyewitnesses who say they felt the explosion from underground well before the explosion materialized above ground, leading people to speculate it was an underground facility.
Tousi TV is saying that there are reports of rocket making material recently making it’s way to the port, the kind used in ballistic missiles.
All of this however feels way too coincidental with the negotiations falling apart with the US concerning Iran’s nuclear program.

First I thought of is the port explosion in Beirut, a few years ago. 'Fertilizer', I think was stored there... but stored rocket propellant or some such makes sense.
