Unless it pertains to actual US citizens who attended J6 or a former POTUS.

They were not concerned with due process when illegally spying on Trump and anyone who was associated with him.
Or when legitimate peaceful protesters were thrown into an American gulag for being guilty of no more than walking through the Capitol building with USCPD escorts and with doors held open for themm

Are there actual Biden supporters on this Board?
Of course there are. Hard to get any of them to admit it, though. They are ashamed of their hypocrisy.

Bring us your papers or that bus right over there, get on it! Much quicker that way. Oh, and Biden, et al., should be tried for treason. We will never be able to undo the damage they caused.
Yep. I just don't agree that illegal aliens are afforded constitutional protections. Bye.

Oh, yes they were concerned with the process.
That was exactly the process they thought Trump was due for.
They were thrilled with the process.
It's the new template when they lose an election.

You mean like Van Hollen?
And all of the people on this board.
Here is an example
quote:
Utah man suspected of threatening President Joe Biden shot and killed as FBI served warrant
This man was murdered by the Biden admin without due process.
quote:
Robertson posted online Monday that he had heard Biden was coming to Utah and he was planning to dig out a camouflage suit and begin “cleaning the dust off the M24 sniper rifle,”
quote:
Neighbors described Robertson as a frail, elderly man — his online profile put his age as 74 — who walked with the aid of a hand-carved stick.

As British soldiers and sailors march north out of Washington D.C. after burning down the Capitol building and the White House, Chief Justice John Marshall has issued an injunction preventing President James Madison from using local militia and regular Army forces to repel the invaders. The Supreme Court has agreed to a hearing in 6 weeks to decide whether or not invading British armies are entitled to constitutional due process before being expelled via force from the United States.
President Madison and his wife, Dolly, were evacuated to Montgomery County, Maryland, where the President vowed to resist the British despite the ruling of the Court. Madison’s chief political opponent, Federalist Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, criticized Madison’s lawless approach by pointing out that the British soldiers and sailors marching north from Washington through Maryland were simply good “Maryland men,” and deserving of the due process all residents of the United States are entitled to.

100%. Even the French have laws against that shite,.. and it doubles as a legal burqa ban

You could argue that these specific constitutional protections are afforded to foreigners once and only once they are legally here.
