Is it sad that I am happy that Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider are still good friends?

I saw Rob Schneider’s interview with Fox News from a few months ago and they asked him if he was still friends with Adam Sandler. He said they are still great friends and that Sandler’s wife is playing his wife in his new movie. He said both families are close and they don’t let politics get in the way of their friendship. It was very refreshing to hear that and being a big Adam Sandler fan, I was happy to hear that even though Rob Schneider had different views than him, that didn’t make him stop being his friend. It’s sad that just something simple as that made me happy and that’s how freaked up the world is right now if you have a different view than somebody else.

That's the normal thing to do... people that end friendships and relationships with people are the abnormal ones. Some of my closest friends have different views and values than me and that's ok. If you can only be friends with people that thing and vote just like you...it probably doesn't say much about you as a person imo

I am the same way. I am the only one in my group of friends that is conservative while the rest of my friends are liberal or moderate. Even though we have different views we all respect one another and we are all still great friends. It’s just sad hearing family members and friends stop talking to each other just because they don’t think the same way.

Adam Sandler is the most ride or die friend out there.

No one believes in Rob Schneider like Adam Sandler

If everyone did that, the world would be a much better place.

Y’all ever get all coked up and talk about politics for 4 or 5 straight hours without pause? Lay out a professional level positions on every topic in book.

Sandler is a great actor. IRL I don’t know him and assume the worst.

Of course not. It’s only sad that Norm isn’t around to hang out with them.

Sounds like a bad idea even if you agree on everything

Maybe. Kumbaya and all that is overrated. For sure, this place would be boring AF.

From the outside looking in, yeah, terrible idea. But inside looking out, not so bad. Until about 3:00 a.m. and things start to get a little weird. That’s when you start to doubt the prudence of your decisions made several hours earlier.

And that’s why it’s a pointless exercise and a waste of good cocaine.

So how did that night turn out for you?

In what way? That wouldn’t be the program every time. But if copious amounts of talking about something is in the cards, few other subjects provide hours of discussion material. Throw you some bones, have a few whisks with water, at least two pack smokes…..you set.

I always thought Sandler was a Conservative or a very rational Democrat?

The media have caused this division. Say what you want but the media are more responsible for the division than Trump ever caused. Biden isn’t trying to find any solutions to the users that causes the division, they are making it more difficult to create policies that unite us. Everyone wants cheaper food and fuel yet Biden’s policies are the fault for most of the users

I’ve had this night many times. The discussion is usually very healthy, at a camp type setting.

Like the gambler said though… you gotta know when to hold them, know when to fold them, know when to walk away… and know when to run…
