I get that Israel is our biggest Middle Eastern ally. That’s not saying much. It seems this is a very one sided and expensive relationship from the US perspective. I think what needs to be communicated to Israel is “ we don’t owe you a damn thing and you need to stand on your own 2 feet.” To all of the Israel-ophiles, I ask you- what are we really getting for our 15 billion?
