Jon Meacham tells Tulane grad crowd to get off Twitter, read newspapers and watch movies!

Under an Israeli flag being flown around the stadium, Meacham implored the grads and their families to get off of Twitter and get back to the newspapers.
Claiming to be an independent while slamming POTUS Trump, it was obvious he knows the indoctrination cannot overcome the current fruits of liberal ideology. Several times he had to ask for the crowd to clap for him.
I did appreciate the Israeli flag being flown around the stadium as a show of support But there is no doubt, Joey has lost a ton of liberal support.

Interesting. Twitter is where the truth is now. Newspapers are part of the indoctrination process.

He is a "full of himself" liberal blowhard who loves speaking down to people.

Serious question: What newspapers are there to read. Newspapers, at least as I experienced them growing up, are extinct.

Yes
Traditional media are just state sponsored propaganda outlets.

When newspapers, radio and television started corporate consolidation in our “free market”, any chance of a true community news outlet immediately died. Most media are owned by a handful of giant conglomerates and they all pull in the same direction on most issues of importance.
I hope they all die. I doubt any are profitable in any business sense, but they’re still obviously very profitable in influence and information control.

Listen to the MSM and financially support Hollywierd is terrible advice to give anyone not already insane. Getting off Twitter is decent advice but is just the tip of the iceberg. Better yet to get off just about all social media and focus on the real world.

Screw that guy. He’s infected with TDS.

Trust the news
He was adamant the current criminal trials involving POTUS Trump were needed to end the criminal behavior of POTUS Trump.
Yet the Tulane crowd remained awfully quiet as a response of no support for his thoughts on the trials.

We still have newspapers?
I can't recall the last time I saw one.

Jon Meacham is a dishonest hack.
He once called Avenatti the “savior of the republic.”
He is a textbook example of an elite who believes in a permanent political and media establishment class that rules the common people, who he views as a mob, and filters what they are allowed to see, hear, read, and know.
Put zero stock in anything said by him.

Now that graduation is over I wonder if Tulane is going to remove the fencing and armed guards from the front of campus on St. Charles.
