Yep. Kamala and Obama really were both poster children for the dunning-krueger effect. Obama was just so charismatic and well spoken that if you didn't know he didn't know anything on a subject he was talking about he sounded knowledgeable. Kamala on the other hand has the rare ability to sound like an idiot even when on the rare occasion she does have some actual knowledge on a subject and is so much worse when she doesn't.
