Yeah, because communists have always been known as great neighbors, starting by taking your guns and private property, stealing from your pantries and making you do a struggle session if you have too much food, forcing people you don’t know to live with you that may be a threat to yourself and family, having your kids’ teachers to rat out their parents for wrong think, and then forcing your own neighbors to rat out any suspicious activity to the KGB and the Red Guards or else you also join your neighbor in the gulags.
Honestly, having a communist as a neighbor is no different than having a member of the Gestapo as your neighbor. There are no worse neighbors than communists, because all they are is having murderous thug jealous of your life plotting your own demise. And that neighborliness ends the second they find out you are not a communist like they are.

Why are socialists so stupid?
Loving your neighbor does not equal the government using its authority to take from you and give to someone else. They are in no way related.
In fact, socialism in unbiblical. The 10th commandment says thou shalt not covet. What is socialism if it's not coveting what someone else has?

Honestly communism is basically the inverse of the Ten Commandments as a moral code. You can’t put God higher than the State, you can murder someone who disagrees with you, they make disgusting graven images of the culture and religion they’ve taken over, you are to rat out your mother and father if they have wrong think and the government is actually your parents anyway, you are to live in a life of lust and abortion, you are to steal from and bear false witness to your neighbor, and anything you’re jealous of should be stripped from the other person.
It is a wholly evil ideology. I know communists better than they know themselves.
