she successfully called out the GOPe trying to use California to get their Meatball/Nikki whoever they wanted---- in.
the govt doesn't really need this to tell the judge to GFH. the Judge already spoke of pardons Trump could use fighting any remedy/punishment this Judge cites, so the Judge knows he is lawfare and wasting time just to spite Trump.
