And go to prison for life when a kangaroo court filled with a jury of leftist loonies convicts you.
Solution: avoid blue cities/counties at all costs. I don’t even stop for gas in them because I know if I had to shoot a dindu robbing me at the store, I’d face prison and financial ruin.

The way I interpreted him calling her a "victim" was that she was a victim of TDS that made her think it was ok to damage other people's property because you disagree with them politically.

I would agree that the owner is probably a “proggy” that gave into pressure and intimidation. Two things can be true at the same time.

Could be that.
A lot of folks are good with someone owning up with fixing the damage and not pushing to press charges though.
I’d have to guess that’s the end result in a lot of basic vandalism/damage cases.
The classic “I have better things to do than chase this, and am not sure the person deserves state punishment after fixing it (and in this case getting public scorn)”

Officer Chauvin was an even more sympathetic victim by these standards in Minnesota.
