They already have that option, they chose to wear the gay uniforms.

They can wear the standard uniform, like the one player, Sam Hentges, did.

I promise you there is intense pressure to wear such uniforms.
The manager is told make sure everyone does it.
The only reason an opt out exits is when in June 2022, some rays players refused to wear the uniforms.
