I was an enlisted 1SG under Obama and I saw some promising good officers pushed out of Armor combat units.

I remember reading about this back in 2011 or 2012. The surprising part was that it was in either Politico or The Hill. While the article was focused on the Pentagon it also mentioned what Obama was doing to all the other alphabet agencies. You could read between the lines and tell that the author of the piece was giddy about what was going on.
For years, I’ve looked to find a copy of that article on the Internet, but I’ve not been able to. I suspect that they purposely "bleach bitted" it off the entire f*cking internet.
