The judge broke federal immigration law by altering court records so a criminal illegal alien could avoid ICE.
This is not a "police state", you absolute turnip.

The problem is, these activist Judges aren’t interested in upholding law. They are behaving as if they ARE the law and use their little fiefdoms to make shite up on the fly and a mockery of the very checks and balances Baldwin wants to whine about.

Dugan appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen Dries on Friday and is charged with two felonies for helping Flores Ruiz.
On Friday morning, Dugan appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries for a brief hearing at the federal courthouse after her arrest. She made no public comments.
Toward the end of the hearing, her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: "Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety."
