If Colombia is cool with it fine

Hilarious you nerds think that is some sort of big time gotcha.

How many of those gaza protesters will be called terrorists, criticized in the media, harassed by the FBI and held in jail for months and months with no sign of a trial in their future?

Tell us, SFP, Mr. Due Process advocate.

They are currently

and held in jail for months and months with no sign of a trial in their future.

That depends on what they do, moving forward, namely how violent they get or whether or not they destroy property. There aren't any corollaries to an "official proceeding" they can be alleged to have disrupted, however. So felonies will likely require big violence or big property destruction.

What you quoted responded directly to OP.

That is non-responsive.

methinks you don't understand the "free speech" and "air grievances" words of the constitution.

You are guaranteed the right to say what you want - but you are not guaranteed an audience. Nobody has to listen to you - and you cannot interfere with others rights in trying to force them. You need a logical argument and a disposition polite enough for someone to give a shite.

You may peacefully assemble to 'air your greivances' - but nobody has to believe you - you have to convince them with the power of the logic and facts in your position. nobody has to take your word for anything. And nobody has to pay attention to you or tolerate you if you are combative and robotically carrying a sign or mouthing trivia.

If you act like a dumbshit a-hole, be prepared to be treated like one.

I'd bring in a bulldozer to clear these sub-human pieces of garbage out

Hypothetical question:

I attend the Activities on January 6. I see people walking over to the Capitol building And going inside

There are police officers there (Capital police) And I asked them if it is OK if I enter the building and they say yes.

I walk around the building taking pictures and do not touch anything and leave after 10 minutes

Am I subject to arrest in prosecution?

not fine with me -

If they want to act as the arm of a foreign terrorist organization, then they should be condemned universally and certainly forfeit any governmental funding or deferments they receive and any other 'public service' rights they have.

They should be required to open their books for forensic examination and any terrorists in their faculty/employees should be sent to Guantanamo jail.

Any aggressive action should be treated as felonious assault or lethal threat.

Apparently, yes, based on how those cases played out. But, I think it's wrong that some people were basically tricked into trespassing charges.

I think he's talking about everything surrounding the protests...not the actual expression of free speech.

I think protesting is stupid but it shouldn't be cracked down on unless they're interfering with another's property/person, etc.

...like threatening enough Jews that they cancel school for the remainder of the semester?

...like intimidating jews by calling for their elimination?

...like camping on private ground and refusing to leave?

I mean… I get what libs are trying to spin here but there’s a fricking gulf between vandalism and disruptive behavior, and an attempt to overthrow the United States government and install Donald Trump as its dictator.

Why do y'all keep feigning shock that pro-Palestinian protests want a Palestinian state? That's, you know, the whole point.

There is no real 2-state solution, either way.
