Anyone in favor of health insurance should also be in favor of student loan companies. Both have the dubious distinction of jacking up costs for everyone without providing any value to the people paying.

These CEOs are like medieval lords. Making vast profits off of denying people coverage. Taking their hard earned money and giving them relatively little in return.
They feast in palatial mansions while the peasants grovel in their hovels eating gruel.
So you are surprised at the cheers in the tavern when they hear the lord has taken an outlaws arrow in the eye?
Will you cry when some corrupt politician who's made millions sending boys off to die and dropping bombs on innocents has a "tragic accident"?
I doubt I would.

Similar to Titanic sub disaster last year where people were cheering while 4 guys died underwater. They had a countdown until their last breathe
It's the first assassination in awhile where I see people cheering it.
Like what are we doing?
Was it because CEO wasnt in the public eye? People see him as the figurehead of all their hatred towards health care companies

We've lost our morals bigly.
Are people supposed to care that someone they don't know was murdered?
Do you cry for the people who died in the Crusades?
What about when we bomb terrorists?
I'm not going to dance on the dude's grave, but his murder means jack shite to me. If that makes me a bad person, then I'll have a lot of company

I dont think people necessarily are happy dude got murdered, but what other way is there to send a clear message?
Honestly, everyone is b*tching about UHC not paying. But that is the price of dependency. If you become dependent on an insurance company to pay your bills... they get to set the rules. That's just how it is when you become someone else's b*tch. Why is anyone surprised by any of that?

Then why do people have a problem with a greedy CEO?

If one understands bad faith litigation, you would know that the deceased wasn’t compensated based upon achieving specific claim denial rates.
Competently managed insurance organizations do not establish goals tied to denial rates at executive or front line levels.

I hope no shoots one of those defense contractor CEO's that are paying our politicians to drop bombs on women and children.
That'd be a shame.
That'd be a shame.

Because CEO's company could have denied coverage to a loved one and it ended poorly?
You can't think of one reason a CEO of what appears to be the industry leader in denials would be disliked?

We're spoiled. We want to be in control of our lives, but we don't want to pay for it. We're on course for a reckoning with reality.

How does this statement jive with what you said a couple posts up on insurance dependency and them being able to set the rules?
I'll hang up and listen

Underlying issue is the envy culture built by the Marxist in this country.
Undermining our trust in the justice system doesn't help. They are getting shite on (rightfully in many cases) by a huge portion of the population.
It makes people feel a lot more comfortable when someone takes justice in their own hands when they don't think it will be served thought the actual justice system.
Shaping up the justice system so that people actually believe it works would definitely help curb this behavior.

That guy made 10 million dollars a year. You are a retard if you think that would make a dent in "denied coverage". They probably pay that much in 12 hours.

I have no idea what would make you ask that question. I've said nothing of the sort, but if you want to discuss something I've actually said we can do that.
I was responding to a person who admitted that he just looks out for his own, and that's exactly what these CEOs are doing. Is that a bad thing or not? Is it only bad when some people do it?

I pretty much responded exactly to what you were saying. You asked why people would dislike a greedy CEO.
There are plenty of reasons, specifically in healthcare, why someone woud dislike a CEO
