Not really the same. Inshallah means “God willing” which is not stating it is God’s will.
His tattoo says Gods will it.
One is saying it is God’s Will while the other says If Gods will.

If reference is found in what is named, "Ecclesiastes", that would be pre-Christian. But yes, G d does will what He will. He is to be much loved and simultaneously be understood as an All Consuming Fire. Respect and honor and love is given.

Maybe if we get to the point that Christians are screaming Deus Vult while murdering innocent people, then we can be concerned.
Until then, I think it will be okay.
