The HQ is mandating that men can go in naked. The individual gyms in more conservative regions are telling customers it's not true because they are losing business.
Something like when Starbucks HQ ordered staff to start conversations about race with customers. I asked our manager and he said that staff was allowed vote and the vote was unanimous not to comply with the order.

Seems like selective enforcement…it’s definitely crazy but it’s their rules. He should sue.
