Well, don't include that card in the calculation of my score and then we should be fine.

I'd guess most retired Americans aren't sitting on a pile of cash to buy the dip. Their money is invested already.

btw-This is a rare example of Biden and his crowd being correct on something. The stock market is not the economy.
