The problem is neither Brian or Ed Krassenstein ever did purchase any Twitter accounts. Twitter came to realize this, after the Krassenstein's attorneys contacted them with the threat of a Defamation suit. Twitter asked the brothers what they could do to make things better...

The Krassensteins told Twitter that they could release a statement saying that they didn't actually have evidence of them buying accounts and also reinstate their Twitter accounts. Twitter refused, claiming they would have to prove actual malice in any lawsuit.

So the Krassensteins were both silenced by Twitter, just days after Trump met with Dorsey. Twitter admitted that their reasoning for the ban was wrong but refused to publicly apologize or reinstate the accounts.

They refused because their legal team didn't believe the Krassensteins would win a defamation suit because they believed the Krassensteins were "limited purpose public figures" and that they would need to prove actual malice in court to win.

Twitter forced the Krassensteins into signing an NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) before they would speak with them on the matter. This is because they didn't want the Krassensteins sending their ridiculous reasoning to the media. @ElonMusk has all this info.

So if @elonmusk is really all about openness, honesty and free speech, then there is no reason why he won't instantly release the internal documents he has regarding the bans of @edkrassen and @Krassenstein days after Dorsey met with Trump, and also unban both accounts.

Note: I'm posting this information, knowing that Twitter could try and sue the Krassensteins for breaking their NDA, but given what's going I think it needs to be out there. The Old Twitter didn't want it released. How about the new Twitter though, @elonmusk?

How could Twitter force anyone to sign an NDA and wouldn't that NDA be pretty limited? Seems like BS

Also, it's obvious one of the brothers has taken over his wife's account.



The official reason Twitter gave is that they were banned was for boosting their Tweets using fake accounts and bots.

As a side note, former Mets WS Champ Lenny Dykstra has been going off on the "wife's" account so much so that she is about to have a meltdown. He is a great follow on Twitter as he DGAF. I know he has questionable morals at best but that doesn't mean he's not funny going after people.
