ACB went with conservatives? I think they play games and pick who is going to oppose to get the decision they want and change characters in that they aren't always going against their background.

This case is about nothing.60 days vs 61 or 62 days. The fact that it made it to SCOTUS is laughable. Complete waste of money and time.

Mitch McConnell has been doing this for a long time. Always had just the right amount of votes yet always had different Republicans cross over. That way they always voted conservative 90% of the time.

This is a nothingburger. It essentially has to do with how days are counted for the purpose of calculating applicable legal delays.

Can you imagine going through a prestigious law school, finishing at or near the top of your class, starting a law career, getting some national recognition, and the dream of a USSC appointment, so you can decide if illegals get to spend holidays and weekends here and write an opinion about it.
