That's not him. It's pretty obvious that the guy in Breaking911's picture is fatter than the svelte attacker in the video.

Dammit, you very well may be right. The attacker is wearing darker warmup pants with a white piping down the side, while the sack in the shirtless pic has lighter, gray pants.
I hate to admit, this 'may' be bait put out to send a false narrative.
This is why I frickin hate the press / police. They have the man, know he's 30's but aren't releasing anything else about him? Bullshot. THEY KNOW WHO THE frick HE IS!

I don't think that it's bait. Breaking911 is good at getting stories that might get buried out to a fairly wide audience, but I don't think that they do any actual investigation or have any sources. I think that they just fricked this one up because, while useful, they're not particularly good at what they do.

There's the Coulter rule, where the longer it takes to name a suspect or give pertinent information, the more likely it is to be 'them again'.
So it makes sense to me that someone might have fed the media a misleading photo, and claimed it was the attacker. Don't know. But then there's this...
