Do you see what they’re doing to a previous president? If you don’t have immunity and you bomb the wrong place they’ll do the same and prosecute. You have to have immunity. That being said ….. if they prosecute the former president it’s time for the 2nd amendment to come alive .

That part is not difficult. The issue is who gets to decide when an act can be labeled as private and outside presidential authority. DOJ is arguing that they should get to decide but SCOTUS is not going to rule on their favor. The difficult question is how are they going to rule on who gets to decide?
