Stephen Miller just floated something unthinkable in the current system:
Reparations — for American citizens.
Not for historical grievances.
Not for political currency.

•Billions flow into secret programs with no oversight
•A streamlined government = redirected capital
•No more endless war = energy back into the people
Reclaiming Misused Foreign Aid
•Ukraine. Iran. Climate scams. NGO pipelines. IMF slush funds.
•All of it sent out while Americans struggled.
•A reversal returns trillions to U.S. soil
Asset-Backed Monetary Transition
•Treasury-backed currency (RLUSD?)
•Debt reset mechanisms tied to real value
•Structured reparations as digital bearer assets, not fiat IOUs
5. Strategic Revaluation Events
•Foreign currencies like IQD, VND, and others held by citizens
•Revaluation could be used to deliver reparative wealth without triggering inflation
•Not a handout. A recalibration.
This Isn’t Fantasy. This Is Already in Motion.
You don’t need new legislation when you already have:
