Thank God, they protected us from German teenagers. Hawaiians can rest easy tonight. I want to hear Stephen Miller crow about this one.

Is the argument here that because they are German teenage girls the application of the law should be relaxed? As opposed to, say, if they were 30 year old Somali men?

I can only speak for myself, but it's like arguing that an SEC official probably missed a holding call on Alabama. Yes, it happens. This might have been such an occasion.

So?

Well considering this isn't something fricking new.

This action has been happening for years.

It has nothing to do with Drumpf.

Almost every country I have ever flown into, I was required to put accommodations on the entry form. I expect if you don't, those countries will start asking questions

Fair enough.

The OP had no link (shame, shame) and only saw the NYPost piece. Didn’t see any reference to this info.

I agree with the deportation, if this is indeed the full picture.

More provided additional info later. OP was intentionally misleading.

They weren't even deported. They just weren't allowed entry. Entry policies were followed, without prejudice, and that is somehow not okay

I'm not sure. I really can't explain the responses to my rather innocuous posts on the matter. You'd think I was a junebug in a chicken coop.

They didn't break the law, it was a bit extreme to send them home. Why so many posters are freaking the frick out on me for having that rather tame position is truly bizarre.

I think a reason some people are "freaking the frick" out is because this is obviously a "hit piece" story. This happens and it happens not infrequently, yet only now are one of these events being reported.

Surprised they're not upset that young German girls aren't back home, interacting with the many immigrant men, and making them feel welcome.

Hey duffus,

Have you ever flown international? You cant even get on a plane in the US to travel to most countries unless you have a return ticket. And when you arrive in that country you have to list your destination on your immigration form.

Can you provide border patrol a list of people that you radical leftists want excluded from border crossing laws?

That would help them greatly.

Ok, but I’d call that a distinction very little difference.

Like I said, I will own my reaction on an incomplete picture.

Hawaii used to have some local rules requiring financial support/lodging for foreigners because they were over whelmed with foreign bums, a lot from Asia

Dude, that's not working. All it does is show that you don't know what a radical leftist is.

Do you have any other approaches to discussion?
