Tesla Inc. should sue Tim Walz staffer over vandalism

So the Tim Waltz staffer who intentionally damaged 6 Tesla's is getting a sweetheart deal from the DA. The direct victims (car owners) should have a slam dunk civil case for some multiple of actual damages.
But his real target was not the car owners (they were collateral damage,) but Tesla Inc., the company. He was trying to lower the value of their brand through unlawful intimidation.
I think Tesla Inc should also sue for damages (measured in $Millions). I think they could have a very good case against him (torturous interference?). And it would do a lot to prevent others from repeating his actions in areas with Soros DAs. Even if they lost the case, or settled for a much lower amount, it would be money well spent.

The same prosecutor is charging a 19 year old with felony charges for keying one of her friends' cars.
This country is already toast. It's just taking so long and is happening so slowly that people refuse to see it. This is an illusion of freedom encased by an Etatist Kleptocracy.

I think it could be a valid lawsuit. Tesla's quarterly profits were down because people are hestitant in purchasing a Tesla because they are afraid they will be vandalized or attacked by Leftist terrorists.
