Kolomoiskyi founded and owned PrivatBank which is the largest bank in Ukraine. And he is a gangster. That is the bank where 5.5 billion dollars disappeared through fraud. The Ukranian government nationalized the bank afterwards to protect its customers.
But Mykola Zlochevsky owns Burisma. He served in Viktor Yanukovych's government who was Putin's thug that got ran out of the country. Zlochevsky's company bought it in 2011 and still owns it. Hunter Biden and Devon Archer joined the board in 2014.

I think it was said that Igor the chainsaw thug was a shareholder of Burisma. My bad for making it sound like he was a CEO. Tying that other Mykola to it makes sense.

Kolomoyskyi was appointed governor of an oblast next to the Donbass. Some people believe that the 5.5 billion that went missing was used to fund the war in that area. Or at least part of it. The rest.of it was probably stuffed into pockets. In other words, the Obama administration (Biden was point man in Ukraine at the time) was involved in transferring the missing funds for that area to fund the war. The money was originally allocated for development,humanitarian aid instead of military funding.
