We've got those import eggs from Turkey, Brazil, and South Korea rolling now. I paid $4.99/dozen yesterday, down from $5.29 a week or so ago.

ETA: I love the downvotes on real info.

Wait, I thought you said tariffs were going to raise the price of eggs because we get them from Turkey.

My mom just went from 7 to 17 chickens a few weeks ago because a bunch of people were hitting her up for eggs.

I made 60 deviled eggs Easter Sunday.

Though the avian flu, or H5N1, has circulated among American poultry flocks for years, an outbreak starting in 2022 has wreaked havoc on farms, killing more than 156 million birds and sending egg prices skyrocketing.

Hilarious how the left just stopped talking about egg prices now that they have gone down.

Hard to tell unless you have proprietary industry information.

Government data comes out monthly and it lags about 3 weeks.

Here is link to the page where it's published.

USDA NASS

Fortunately, bird flu outbreaks have slowed so supply should be catching back up demand.

It's BS, but is was also BS when the leftists were blaming Trump for high egg prices and a failure to reduce them during his first week of office.

I guess turnabout is fair play.

But Jasmine Crockett said egg prices haven’t gone down under Trump like he predicted. Are you telling me she lied?
