Not a thing will be done by the GOP. They’ll get on TV with Hannity to proclaim their outrage, maybe even put together an investigative committee, but nothing will ultimately be done.

All they can do is talk about it really. And I don't know if passing additional legislation is the answer anyway. Could be some unintended consequences depending on how it is drafted.

Doing something about it isn't really their jobs. That would be a job for the DoJ, provided anything illegal was actually done.

You’re such a fricking pussy. Congress has investigative authority and always has. SCOTUS has ruled that congress has the constitutional authority to investigate crimes it legislates on.

Well I hope not. Nobody should get in trouble , the govt has put us in this situation and I think we all want what’s best. I’m not defending him either, bans just make things worse.
