I am not familiar with women wrestling, because I'm a guy and I did not wrestle. But does this happen when it's 2 girls wrestling, 2 boys wrestling, or only when it's a guy pretending to be a girl wrestling a girl.

Ehh, I think the tranny stuff is as ridiculous as anyone but I'm ok with this ruling. It's wrestling - you're going to get touched in parts that wouldn't otherwise be normal. I'm not seeing what this has to do with one of the participants being a tranny.

Yeah I don't know about this one TBH (from a legal perspective, not a moral one).
Guys in wrestling consent to all sorts of things in reality, part of the game. I can see the argument that females haven't consented to it coming from a guy. But if it's stuff that is fairly common in both female and male versions of the sport, and you knew the wrestler was trans going into it, I have some sympathy for the legal argument.
If this type of thing is very foreign to actual female wrestling, then I would probably reconsider though.

What does "rape 3" in this jurisdiction have to do with the gender of the offender? If someone jams their fingers up there in a way that's outside the normal touching of the sport, then it's a crime. Doesn't matter if those fingers belong to a chick or a dude who thinks he's a chick.

Believe it's a somewhat prevalent old school dirty tactic in male wrestling, but the act has come under criminal scrutiny in recent years.
