Trigger Warning for Blink Twice

I’ve never seen this before but there was an actual trigger warning for this film as it contains sexual assault. As if folks didn’t realize a film that’s loosely based on the Epstein Island would contain scenes of rape and sexual assault. The beginning of the film has a paragraph “Trigger Warning, this film, blah blah blah. Please leave now if these scenes will make you too uncomfortable”
Now, I highly advise not seeing this movie as its inherent message is completely obscene. If you thought Epstein was bad, check out the protagonist who at the end of the film, after repeated rapes and the murder of her best friend, marries the assailant for fame and riches.

It’s just a movie for entertainment. Stop looking for Hollywood to be your moral compass. I’ll go see it. Looks awesome.

I’m telling you, you aren’t missing anything. If you want to see a genuine thriller, check out Oddity. Excellent film.
