Ukrainians had a chance at peace and they spat in our face. They dont want to give us minerals, they dont want to admit they are never getting Crimea back, fine. They can enjoy being part of Russia

Only sort of true now, it was that way the past couple years. A lot of the European aid, was buying American weapons to give to Ukraine. Europe has been cutting off US weapon purchases in favor of domestic options (that currently dont have the production capacity) since mean orange man is in office
The only aid thats gone to Ukraine since POTUS took office was aid that was already approved by congress for the last admin
