I just read it.
Pretty dry and ambiguous.
Lots of inter and intra agency coordination... within fedgov, other us law enforcement, other countries, ngos, digital content, banking, etc...
Basically a shite ton of data mining.
If you read it... replace "DT" with Donald Trump and it reads a lot more convincingly, lol.
It has some blurbs about stakeholding with women, girls, and youth... other blurbs about covid and xenophobia.
Was put together March 2021... that is all I can recap.
Pretty dry and ambiguous.
Lots of inter and intra agency coordination... within fedgov, other us law enforcement, other countries, ngos, digital content, banking, etc...

Of those 15 pages, nothing was really that noteworthy apart from a couple sections under 4, and then one questionable thing under 2 where it focused on “gender, women/girls, and youth” in fighting the start of domestic terrorism.
Under section four it was mostly just gun buy back programs.
Evidently, I read it a minute too slow, plus his response was formatted better. So go with that.

I agree, I would like to add that if you take into account what came out from the DOJ, White Supremacy group, parents who speak up at PTA meeting, the Catholic church and other religious group, it gives you a blueprint on them.
Also I noted the mentioning of "disinformation" and countering it. I read that to mean censorship.

Agreed... but it is ambiguous enough to effectively turn the tables on them.
But yeah, it's obviously intended to be geared against right wingers... being drawn up in March 2021 and the RMVE (typically used against whitey), and covid BS.

Definitely... I definitely remember the bullshiz on 'mis, dis and mal information'... I especially loved their malinformation designation- info that is factually true but being used to malign the government, but still, definitely true.

I kind of read into that a certain way... use 988 to further find and designate people that should be 'watched' and protected/ protected against.. red flag style.
