USAID website is officially down

I went and checked the time the original X was posted.
I thought it may have been earlier this morning, when routine maintenance on websites takes place (our agency does it starting late Friday into early Saturday in most cases).
But the X was posted only an hour ago.
It could still be a server issue, but we can hope otherwise, right?
