Not sure why he wouldn't delegate this investigation to the FBI.

BREAKING: Multiple states are now investigating ActBlue for suspected money laundering.

Well, I have no idea why...

It's not like raking in $200,000,000+ in campaign donations in a 48 hour timeframe looks suspicious or anything.

Where 'ya at MO, TX, and FL?

(NV and UT should jump in to make up for MA's lack of interest but they won't)

As they should, what they are doing is illegal.

I went to the FEC site and looked up ActBlue and my zip code and found several people who had made multiple small donations that added up to a lot of money in a short period of time. Like thousands of dollars.

There was one I saw reported where a 75 year old lady supposedly donated over a quarter of a million dollars and had hundreds of donations reported in a one day period.

There is no way regular people are doing that. They are calling them "Smurfs" and ActBlue just accounts the donation they want to hide to some low level one time donor and they do it over, and over, and over again in small amounts thinking it won't throw up red flags.

This is more than likely foreign money they are trying to hide.

betcha if they do take it to court it gets ruled that a state court can't judge a federal election violation (in direct contrast to Trump's NY case)

Ehhh... these are state AGs, not the Feds. This might actually go somewhere. Some of these states are deep Red and so is their government/AGs

ActBlue is historically felonious. Elderly people on social security making 200 payments a day, lol. It has to be shut down.

Where people send millions in donations under other peoples names in order to bribe democrat politicians.

The clinton foundation, with fewer steps.

Or when hunters painting get bought for 150K each.

Or when any politician Chat GPT writes a book and it's a " best seller" overnight.

They've been doing this shite for a century. hopefully this time there's a paper trail.

Chances are much better with a state investigating it, rather than the feds.
